Crumb makes high hydration, slowly fermented breads and pastries, sourcing grains from local and specialty mills. 

The name refers both to the patterned holes in sourdough, as well as the crumbs you’ll make after your first slice. Brand imagery and colors represents the dark shade of Crumb’s bread and pays homage to the craftmanship and color palettes of LeCreuset dutch ovens.
